Construction Phase

Excavating and trenching to create the designated pathway for pipeline installation. Preparing the trench, including managing soil conditions and groundwater when required. Laying out pipe segments, bending them to follow site contours, and joining them through welding or approved connection methods. Installing the pipeline using industry techniques such as horizontal directional drilling (HDD) for crossings beneath roads, waterways, or sensitive areas. Building related infrastructure components, including manholes, valve boxes, meter stations, and pump or booster stations.

Testing & Site Restoration

Cleaning, inspecting, and applying protective coatings to prevent corrosion and ensure long-term performance. Conducting hydrostatic pressure testing to verify the pipeline can safely operate at its designed pressure. Performing visual and technical inspections prior to backfilling. Backfilling the trench safely and restoring the surrounding area to its original or improved condition.

Ongoing Services

Providing pipeline repairs, upgrades, and general maintenance. Executing integrity management programs to extend the life of existing systems. Monitoring and servicing the pipeline to maintain safe, efficient, and continuous operation.
